Types of Messages

Appointment and Quote Messages:

Customers who separately opt in may receive quote-request follow-ups, appointment scheduling messages, confirmations, reminders, arrival updates, and other service-related communications.

Promotional and Marketing Messages:

Customers who separately opt in may receive recurring promotional offers, seasonal specials, discounts, grooming availability updates, and other marketing messages.

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from text messages. After opting out, the customer may receive one final confirmation message. No additional text messages will be sent unless the customer voluntarily opts in again.
